How do i refund my eticket going to america which is a restricted ticket from the travel insurance?

what's the best thing to do or a very good reason to the travel insurance to avail of a refund? i'm travelling on august yet but already have bought the eticket & travel insurance.

Read your contract with the travel insurance company. It will describe the rules and conditions. If you cannot meet those conditions, talk to your travel agent; there may be other options.
