Reccomendations for medical travel insurance for non US resident traveling to the UK?

I'm living in Pennsylvania for a year, but I'm originally from Argentina. I'm traveling to the UK in a couple of weeks, and I'd like to get medical travel insurance. I'm at a total loss because I don't know the insurance companies and I'm not sure what the best option would be. From your experience, could you recommend one or two for me? Thanx!
